Giza Palace

Giza Palace Hotel was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the place felt elegant, clean, and extremely well-organized. The front desk was welcoming and professional, and their attention to detail and guest comfort really stood out. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortably furnished. The lighting and atmosphere make the stay relaxing and pleasant. The bathroom is large and equipped with everything you need. The nighttime view of the pool is absolutely beautiful—calm, refined, and luxurious. The facilities are excellent, including the restaurants, cafés, seating areas, and overall service. I’d also like to express my appreciation to the staff who made the stay special: Noor – Islam – and Mr. Mohamed from Guest Relations. A special thanks to Mr. Mousa, who made the biggest difference in my stay. I arrived in a difficult mood, yet his respectful, calm, and professional approach completely changed my experience. He handled the situation with sincere hospitality and turned it into something comfortable and pleasant. His manner truly deserves recognition. In short: a refined, high-class hotel that I genuinely recommend. A small but important note: please pay attention to the raised step near the elevators. It can be dangerous and may cause an injury, especially for elderly guests.
